DELIVERY DAYS
ALL PARCELS ARE NOW SUBJECT TO A £3 MINIMUM CONTRIBUTION (REGARDLESS OF REFERRAL METHOD OR BENEFITS STATUS)
Our usual delivery days are
Friday/Saturday/Sunday (DN12, S62, S63, S64 & S73)
We do offer delivery in S60, S61, S65 & S66, but these areas are currently subject to a £5 minimum charge
All payments must be made prior to deliveries, we can take payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer or we are now able to process card payments too
These days are subject to change, dependent on driver availability, and may sometimes be cancelled
Please ensure you are home on your delivery day as parcels will be left safe, but this is at your own risk, if you are not home & there is no safe place to leave it, your parcel will be returned to us and you will have to wait until the next weeks

IF YOU MISS 3 DELIVERIES IN A ROW YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM USING THE SERVICE FOR 1 MONTH, IF AFTER SUSPENSION YOU STILL FAIL TO BE AVAILABLE FOR FOR YOUR DELIVERY, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE SERVICE PERMANENTLY
COLLECTION TIMES

Wednesday: 12pm-3pm
ALL COLLECTIONS WILL BE GIVEN A 1 HOUR TIME SLOT
IF YOU MISS YOUR SLOT YOU WILL NEED TO BE REASSIGNED ANOTHER SLOT
THE NEW COLLECTION SLOT WILL NOT BE ON THE SAME DAY AS THE ORIGINAL, IT WILL BE THE FOLLOWING WEEK
IF YOU MISS 3 COLLECTION SLOTS IN A ROW YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM USING THE SERVICE FOR 1 MONTH, IF AFTER SUSPENSION YOU STILL FAIL TO TURN UP FOR YOUR COLLECTION, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE SERVICE PERMANENTLY
